Do You Have Deals?
Are you a real estate agent or broker that works with investors and wants referral business? Are you an investor that has great wholesale deals and is willing to pay a commission on your deals?
You can have your deals analyzed on this website and sent out to our client list of real estate investors looking to buy deals.
You submit the deal basics, we analyze it and post it to the website (withholding the address of the deal). If our clients are interested in the deal, they contact us to get more information and to be referred to a knowledgeable, investor friendly real estate agent in that market.
If the deal was submitted by a real estate agent or broker, they are referred to that agent or broker. If the deal was submitted by an investor, our clients are referred to our preferred agent or broker in that marketplace.
