Square Footage Estimates
When we give you a square footage number as we analyze deals, you must realize that we did not go out and measure each room of the house and add them up to get this number.
The numbers we use are often pulled from public records or public websites that are often filled with errors–both on the high side and on the low side.
Before making any decision, you should independently verify all your assumptions INCLUDING checking the square footage if that is a concern to you.
